Book Review: The Adventures of Biplob the Bumblebee (Vol.2) by Abhishek Talwar and Illustrated by Sonal Goyal
Good day!
Welcome back ! We loved Vol. 1 of The Adventures of Biplob the Bumblebee. We were eagerly waiting for more books. Due to Corona Virus
lockdown, the launch was delayed. Finally we got the Book Mail and were
overjoyed to receive The Adventures of Biplob the Bumblebee Vol.2 &
3.
We read Vol 2 multiple times. We love this new volume too.
My
kids were excited to read Vol. 2 & 3 of The Adventures of Biplob the
Bumblebee.
Biplob has become like a dear friend. My 3 yr old
daughter definitely thinks he is her friend.

Story:

He loves to help everyone around him. Each volume of The Adventures of Biplob the Bumblebee has 3 stories. In this book too, Biplob helps Farmer Balram find an eco-friendly solutions to the water scarcity problem in: Power of the Sun. In Farm to Plate story we get to see how our food is made. Reap as you Sow shows how we all are responsible for our actions and can work together to make earth beautiful.

stories to your kids:
What I liked:
Biplob teaches how nature is beautiful, How to protect nature and mother
earth. All this in a cute, fun + learning way.
The illustrations are cheerful and engaging. The language is simple and easy for kids to understand.
The theory and story is proportionately mixed.
Author Abhishek has written the book keeping kids in mind. Illustrator Sonal has given the story life with the illustrations. I loved the cheerful face of Biplob and the grumpy Ms. Violet :D
My son loved the use of Solar energy in chapter 1. He is trying to model a car which uses Solar energy.
My daughter loved to see how Pizza is made ;). She points out the steps in the story.
I loved the last chapter as it discreetly gives message of taking responsibility for our actions and also about keeping our surroundings clean.
