Story:

Prash & Nish are invited by Mr.Soni to his Chalet in Jhiljhila Town. There the girls Anjali and Sanjana are awestruck with the beautiful Daulihaam necklace adorning the statue of Empress Sanyogita with Prithviraj Chauhan. Mr Soni shares a little secret about a unique and weird handkerchief that he had stumbled upon in his garden one stormy night many years ago. A day earlier at the Saihaj Port, an old Pirate ship was discovered. The twins' Father a scientist with the Indian Government is asked to investigate the ship. The boys have been given special permission to go through the ship by Inspector Rathod in the light of solving the A Chest's Tale. The boys do find a few clues about the dreadful Pirate - Black Piper! Mr. Soni but later denies giving more details about the story he shared.
Are the Pirate and the Pirate ship connected? Why is Mr.Soni resisting sharing any more information?
Who does the Pirate ship belong too? Why is it found near Saihaj fort? Where is the real Daulihaam necklace?

What I liked:

Story plot. Interesting and full of tiny details. Small stories within stories. History brush up too with minute details which connect with the current time. It was mind boggling to keep track of all the details, character names, clues. But once the story ends, all the pieces fall in place.

The Book Cover is amazingly detailed. Keep looking at it to get more clues while reading the book. You will never guess the end of the story from the Blurb. The Cover might help you. I'm not going to give out spoilers :D

I liked how minute details like Music, music notes, blue precious things are weaved into the story. The history revision was refreshing. I enjoyed how it was made part of Jhiljhila town. I want to cross check if they are real facts or like the imaginary town ;)

The characters are many in this Book. Keeping track of each one was taxing. But each one was important part of the story. I liked how resourceful the 5 teenagers are shown. They did not wait for the clues or adults to help. Human traits are shown subtly in the story. Faith, Trust, loyalty, Pride for our Nation, friendship, jealousy, greed etc are portrayed with the character's actions.

The story flow was consistent. The language is good and simple. This book has lot of information to remember and process. Not a simple story, this one. Difficult to find the objective and the culprit too. Many of the incidents happened many years ago. This added to the story getting more complex.

Loved the nail biting hunt and mystery solving process.
